The hosts - The Rowett Institute and Food Standards Scotland – are excited to announce Ravenous author and co-founder of Leon Restaurants, Henry Dimbleby as the keynote speaker. The former Daily Telegraph journalist and food campaigner recently published the independent National Food Strategy for the UK Government.

The Rowett Institute Director, Professor Jules Griffin, and the Chair of Food Standards Scotland, Heather Kelman, would be delighted to have attendees who are interested in food and nutrition science and policy with the goal of looking ahead at Scotland’s food future.

As well as Henry Dimbleby, speakers include Ash Cooke, Deputy Director of Food at Scottish Government and lead on Good Food Nation; Julie Fitzpatrick, Chief Scientific Officer for Scotland; and David Thomson, CEO of Food & Drink Federation Scotland.
