A Moredun Research Institute board member and leading environmental scientist is set to take up a key role at Scotland’s Rural College (SRUC).

Professor David Hopkins, formerly Dean of Agriculture, Food and Environment at the Royal Agricultural University, where he is now the International Director, has been appointed Dean of the new Central Faculty, overseeing SRUC’s academic strategy in Edinburgh and the Lothians.
