The International Barley Hub, an initiative of the James Hutton Institute and the University of Dundee which aims to create a platform for the translation of barley research into commercial benefits for the entire brewing, whisky and food value chain, has been shortlisted for a VIBES – Scottish Environment Business award, in the Adaptation to Climate Change category.

Now in their 19th year, the VIBES awards urge Scotland’s businesses to challenge their everyday working practices and embrace the economic opportunity of sustainability.
