'A Plastic Ocean' Film Screening

The James Hutton Institute are pleased to invite you to a free screening of Craig Leeson’s, ‘A Plastic Ocean’. Described by Sir David Attenborough as ‘the most important documentary of our times’, the film explores the fragile state of our oceans, uncovers alarming truths about plastic waste, and reveals working solutions that can be put into immediate effect.

Following the screening there will be time for discussion with James Hutton Institute scientists whose research is contributing to the understanding of social and environmental issues raised in the film. The evening will conclude with the opportunity to join others in Aberdeen in reducing our own plastic consumption with a plastic-free challenge. More information can be found here.
