Biography

Michelle is the Head of Knowledge Exchange, Impact and Communications at the Rowett Institute, University of Aberdeen. She is also the SEFARI Gateway knowledge exchange broker for the food and drink research delivered by SEFARI.

Her early career was spent in Whitehall communications departments, working with Ministers, before returning to Scotland to take up a post as Deputy Director of Communications at the University of Edinburgh. A move to the private sector included time with a technology start up. Before joining the Rowett, she was at Represent Communications, whose clients include RHASS and a range of food and drink companies.
