I am the Sector Lead for Food and Drink for SEFARI Gateway which is the knowledge exchange and impact centre, working closely with policy, industry & society sector-representative organisations. My wider role is Head of Knowledge Exchange and Impact at the Rowett Institute, University of Aberdeen.
